Why We're Here

White Rose was built on a belief that families deserve better. Better pricing transparency. Better communication. Better care from people who actually show up for you.

Since opening in San Diego County, White Rose has served hundreds of families with that same standard. Clear answers. No pressure. A team that walks with you through one of the hardest moments of your life.

When we heard that Lesneski Mortuary had closed its doors in San Clemente, we knew this community needed a provider it could trust. So we opened an office right next door to the former Lesneski location on El Camino Real. Not to fill a gap on a map, but to continue serving the families who had called Lesneski home for years.

We also did something that mattered most. We asked Heather Perez to join our team.

Heather served as a funeral director at Lesneski and has deep roots in this community. She brought her experience, her care, and her relationships with her. When you call White Rose at San Clemente, there is a good chance you will hear her voice first.

Heather Perez

Funeral Director · White Rose at San Clemente

Many of you know Heather from her years at Lesneski Mortuary. She served South Orange County families with care and consistency, and she built real relationships in this community.

When Lesneski closed, Heather joined White Rose at San Clemente. She brought her experience, her warmth, and her dedication with her.

If you are a former Lesneski family, there is a good chance Heather already knows you. She is here. And she is ready to help your family the same way she always has.

David Perfito

Founder

David has been part of the Southern California business community since 1994. He is a technical school graduate of the U.S. Navy and holds certifications as a Crematory Manager and medical equipment technician.

He founded White Rose with one purpose. Give California families an honest, dignified, and compassionate experience when it matters most. He was instrumental in developing California's first water cremation facility for eco-friendly cremations.

That same standard guides every White Rose location, including right here in San Clemente.

Kahla Flores

Alkaline Hydrolysis Technician · Arrangement Counselor

Kahla is a Bio-Response certified alkaline hydrolysis technician with deep knowledge in water cremation and natural burial practices. She studied holistic health and human biology and brings a thoughtful, educational approach to every family she works with.

Kahla is especially passionate about helping families understand their options. If you are considering an eco-friendly or gentle alternative to traditional cremation, she is the right person to talk to.

Sean Renfroe

Funeral Director · Advanced Planning Specialist (FDR 3968)

Sean has been serving families in the death care industry since 2010. He started as a cemetery counselor at Greenwood Memorial Park and later served as a funeral arranger at Greenwood Mortuary, guiding more than 200 families a year.

He holds licenses in California as both a Funeral Director and an Insurance Agent. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix San Diego.

Sean's focus is pre-planning. He believes that thinking ahead is one of the most caring things you can do for the people you love. He will walk you through every option at whatever pace feels right, with no pressure and no rush.

Outside of work, Sean spends time with his wife and their seven children and enjoys the outdoors in Julian.

Mark DenBoer

Funeral Arranger · Notary

Before joining White Rose, Mark spent years as a caregiver for individuals with disabilities and special needs. That experience gave him a deep, personal understanding of what it feels like to advocate for someone who is vulnerable.

Mark brings that same advocacy to every family he serves. He handles arrangements with patience, warmth, and attention to detail. He is also a certified notary, which means he can handle notarized documents directly, making the process simpler for your family.

He is proud to be part of this team. And he reminds all of us, regularly, of the privilege it is to serve families during the hardest moments of their lives.

White Rose at San Clemente operates under California funeral establishment license HF-1 and funeral director license FD-2409. We meet every state requirement so your family is always protected. Our General Price List is available to every family, as required by law.

Proudly Serving South Orange County

We serve families in San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, Laguna Niguel, Capistrano Beach, and surrounding communities. Transport is included within a 25-mile radius. Extended transport is available beyond that area.

Our San Clemente Location

Our office is located at 616 S El Camino Real Suite G9, San Clemente California 92672, right next door to the former Lesneski Mortuary. This is an arrangement office where families can meet with our team, ask questions, and begin the process in a calm, private setting.

In-person visits are available by appointment. Call us to schedule a time that works for you. If you prefer, every arrangement can also be handled entirely by phone or online.
